Today’s pic was taken during my trip to Detroit. The bf and I stayed at the Inn on Ferry Street and I can’t say enough good things about this place.  The inn occupies fours historic homes on this block each with a different theme.  We stayed in the Victorian room. 

It’s been another whirlwind week!  The bf and I went to the beach just before a major rain storm, where we ate a ton of really good food!  I’m going to post about it soon.

We also took a nice walk around Lake Burke in VA.  We discovered a new path that turned out short 3 mile stroll into a 9 mile walk!  It was fun, but boy were we starving at the end.

This weekend it’s off to Philly for a little cheesesteak.  A bulgolgi cheesesteak from Koja Grille to be exact.  We’re super excited.  I love that this quick trip is basically all about food.  And we’re going to hit a few museums too.

Finally, I’ve had a great week trying out new salmon dishes.  I really miss eating seafood and I can’t wait to share the recipes with you!
