It feels like forever since I’ve posted something.  Maybe it’s because it’s been almost two weeks!  I certainly didn’t expect my hiatus to be this long.  I typically go into hiding for a couple of weeks around Thanksgiving to begin my holiday baking for edith+ethel, my little cookie company, but I suffered another setback by having bronchitis and being bed ridden for a week!

I’m finally getting back to work and now knee deep in cookie and brownie batter and preparing my gift boxes for shipping.  Unfortunately, this doesn’t leave much time for baking and eating out. I will be back soon with recipes for the holidays!
