The holidays are finally over which means I’ve put my gluttonous ways behind me and joined the ranks of those who are going back to watching what they eat. What does this mean to me? It means that I’m going back to adding my favorite vegetable back into rotation: the Brussels sprout. My friends can attest that whenever we go out to eat, if I see Brussels sprouts on the menu, that’s what I’m having for dinner. No entrée, appetizer, or dessert. Just Brussels sprouts. I thought I’d share a few Brussels sprouts recipes that make my mouth water. Unfortunately, some aren’t the healthiest, but they are tasty. It only means that I may have to hit the gym a little more often before spring arrives.

The baker mama created crispy Asian Brussels sprouts. I must have them now!

And because I love grilled cheese sandwiches so much, I would have to make this one from I am a food blog.
